Tadalafil
Tadasoft is utilized for addressing erectile dysfunction. It promotes increased blood circulation to the penis, improving the body's capability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual arousal.
The dosage for Tadasoft can differ among individuals based on the doctor's advice. Do not crush or divide a Tadasoft tablet. The suggested starting dose is 20 mg, which is typically taken 30 to 60 minutes before engaging in sexual activity. This dose should not be taken more than once a day. Tadasoft can facilitate achieving an erection when sexual stimulation is present. An erection will not happen merely by ingesting the pill, and its effects can last up to 36 hours.
It is highly advisable to consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist prior to starting Tadasoft, and especially to inform them if you have any known allergies to this medication or if you are taking other treatments for pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Please inform your doctor if you have any of the following conditions: angina (chest pain), any physical abnormalities of the penis like Peyronie's disease; hypertension or hypotension; heart disease or irregular heart rhythms; coronary artery disease; a recent heart attack (within the last 90 days); a recent stroke (within the past 6 months); liver or kidney issues (or if you are undergoing dialysis); stomach ulcers; blood disorders such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia; bleeding problems like hemophilia; retinitis pigmentosa (a hereditary eye condition); or if you have been advised against sexual activity for health reasons.
Consuming alcohol while using Tadasoft may lead to severe and undesired side effects. It is important to avoid grapefruit products during Tadasoft treatment. Additionally, refrain from taking other medications for erectile dysfunction, like alprostadil or yohimbine, without consulting your healthcare provider first.
Serious side effects that should be reported to your healthcare professional promptly include allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching, or hives; swelling of the face, lips, or tongue; breathing difficulties; changes in hearing; chest pain; or rapid and irregular heartbeat. Common side effects that may not require immediate medical attention (but should be discussed with your healthcare provider if persistent or troublesome) include back pain, dizziness, flushing, headaches, indigestion, muscle soreness, and nasal congestion or runniness. Please be aware that this list may not encompass all potential side effects.
If you miss a dose, you can take it when you remember. However, skip the missed dose if it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medication to compensate for the missed dose.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius (59 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit). Dispose of any unused medication after its expiration date.
